Made-to-Order Jewelry

All Il Mio pieces are made to order with care and craftsmanship. Production begins once your order is placed and typically takes 10–15 business days, not including shipping time. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure that all product details, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the unique beauty of each piece.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins immediately, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. Domestic shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days. We ship internationally to most countries; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ilmiojewelrydesign@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
